My passion for photography started from school age. I operated my own darkroom in my parents’ house, bought my own camera kit and worked for a camera shop before starting a career in finance (a proper job!). I have reached a stage now where I can spend my time doing something I really enjoy.
My photography work has three main themes; property photography, family events and food.
Property Photography
I work for four Agencies that service both on-line or high street Estate Agents and source clients directly by advertising. Over the past 4 years have photographed in excess of 750 properties ranging from modest flats to large rural estates. I have also been involved in some small commercial commissions and recently gained accreditation for Airbnb assignments,
Family Events
I have photographed a large variety of functions including birthday parties, christenings, cake smashes, and of course weddings. First paid event was in 2016, during 2018 I photographed six weddings from low-key Registry Office events to a 120 guest all-day event.
I plan to concentrate on small local weddings from on.
Food Photography
Started this branch of work in 2019 as a result of the demand created by an increase of on-line fast food delivery apps. Accredited for assignments with UberEats and JustEat. I plan to seek work from clients looking to improve their own websites.
